Lemon Juice and Feta Vinaigrette

1/4 Cup Lemon Juice (gotta be fresh squeezed)
1 T Sugar (to cut tartness)
2 Cloves Garlic
1/8 Cup Parsley Leaves
1/8 Cup Lemon Thyme
Zest of 1 Lemon
1/3 Cup Feta Cheese
1/2 Cup EVOO

Blend.  Add S&P to taste.
